Compufix Computer Services Ltd was formed in 1995 as a PC and Network support company dealing with small to medium sized businesses in London and the South East of England.
The company has built up a wide variety of expertise across all ranges of computer systems and make every endeavour to keep pace with the ever changing face of IT. We specialise in Microsoft, Novell and Cisco network infrastructures and our engineers are accredited and certified to these manufacturers standards. We also specialise in providing IT design and Consultancy.
With the migration of voice and data as an IT entity, Compufix have expanded their operation to give clients a solid strategic solution embracing both their voice and data requirements. With this development we have established a vibrant base in the North West of England, which now makes Compufix a truly nationwide company.
Our client base covers a broad range of customers across all areas of commerce and education. Our commerce clients include companies such as AXA Sun Life, Braun, Regus, Lingfield Park Racecourse, Tom Cobleigh Ltd, JW Lees as well as many others. We have also carried out specialist installations for schools and supported bespoke software for hotels, restaurants and pub chains.
We pride ourselves in our quick response to customer demands and our good working relationship with our clients and their users. We do not charge travel time and we do not charge a call out fee. Our clients only pay for hours that are actually worked. We are flexible on working agreements giving clients a choice of ways to use our services, such as, on an adhoc basis or on an 8-hour response time aggreement. We also offer a popular credit hours agreement, where the client purchases a number of hours in advance and any un-used support hours are carried forward to the following years aggreement at the previous years rate.
